FUNCTIONS
The Digital Manager will create and execute the Growth Strategy for our client in digital marketing and sales. In this role, you will build top-performing B2B paid media programs across SEM, Display, affiliate, and social advertising as well as owned and earned channels. You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, ensuring closed alignment between digital channels and email marketing.
The role will also comprise the refresh of the current website with a focus on buyer-centric site navigation and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytic, and creative, capable of bringing bold ideas and a fresh perspective to digital marketing strategy and execution.
Functions:
1. Lead Management & Reporting: Working with the Sales Management, you will help define the lead management process to ensure close alignment between sales and marketing across all funnel stages. You will also define and implement the end-to-end Lead to Revenue reporting, ensuring that all digital activities and content assets are diligently tracked with all necessary attributes and conversions monitored to optimize the budget allocation per channel.
2. Digital Strategy including Brand Seeding: You will review competitive and market research and complement it with your own findings to define a creative multichannel Digital and Brand Seeding Strategy by working in collaboration with the Content Manager and the Product Manager.
3. Scalable Integrated Multi-channel Campaigns: Working closely with the sales team, you will define and execute targeted campaign templates to be executed globally or after relevant localization executed in regions.
4. Webinars Program: Working closely with Product marketing, sales team, and business leaders, you will design, launch, and execute an effective Thought Leadership webinar program.
5. Social Media Strategy & Execution: You will create the Social Media Guidelines and conduct research to identify which channels are most relevant to the buyer personas.
6. Website Refresh: You will work closely with the selected web agency, content, and product marketing manager to create a highly optimized website aligned to buyer personas, journeys, and relevant content to ensure high visitor engagement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
2. Five to seven years of online marketing experience (SEO, SEM, Social) with a strong focus on digital measurements and analytics.
3. Experience in optimizing websites from branding and demand creation objectives.
4. Experience in managing agency relationships is strongly desirable.
5. Development of integrated marketing programs that combine inbound and outbound tactics & channels.
6. Previous experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Spanish.
9. Passionate team player demonstrating intellectual curiosity, creativity, and logical thinking.
10. Use and management of Web CMSs, web analytics, and web optimization tools (reverse IP, real-time data appending).
11. Solid experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot, social media platforms, and monitoring tools.
12. Search engine marketing tools, SEM tools, and optimization experience.
13. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Google Analytics).
