We are looking for a Finance & Administrative Assistant to work from our office in Torremolinos.
Tasks
* Experienced in Sage Accounting Software: customer entry, sales order process, purchase management,
* Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts using statements.
* Credit Control and Bank Reconciliation
* Manage petty cash payments and process client payments
* Handle all invoice/payment-related inquiries, respond to phone calls and emails, and liaise with relevant suppliers and clients to ensure inquiries are addressed professionally and promptly.
* Create purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Sage 50 software.
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as file management, report preparation, and data entry.
* Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
Requirements
Essential to have Working Experience & Knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts software – minimum 2 years experience.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
