Within the New IT HUB Sales - Retail of the Future supporting the strategic Mercedes Benz Program we need anART Test Lead.
Retal of the Future is being operated under SAFe methodology and It Is composed by different ARTs.
Following the SAFe methodology the EPICS to be Implemented are defined at Porfolio level. These EPICS will be splitted Into one or more FEATURES to be Implemented In the different ARTs.
The ART Test Lead/Manager role is the responsible to coordinate the testing of the new features Implementation at ART level and their Integration within the rest of the program scope.
Description of role and responsibilities
* Define testing strategies and stardards in alignment with the Test Management Office, and support the implementation on the ARTs by the Product testers.
* Continues alignment with the Products testing team to ensure testing strategy Is followed and definition of done Is fulfilled before deploy a functionality to the next environment.
* Continues alignment with the Product Manager, Product Owners, RTE or scrum master to aling priorities and idenfify possible risks.
* Define high level test cases for the new features across the different products/ARTs.
* Indenfify and coordinate testing dependencies for the new features within the different products In the ART or within different ARTs.
* Close collaboration with other ART Test Leads to ensure the Integration of the features.
* Coordiante testing activities at ART level and report test results, identify risks, ensure documentation and facilitate the collaboration to fix testing isues.
* Get testing results sign-off from Product owners and Product Manager.
* Close collaboration with the Test automation team to Integrate the new features Into the standard End2End testing scenarios and automatize as much as possible.
* Test data management in alighment with the Product Owners to facilitate test execution.
* Embrace Agile program management practices to align testing efforts with program goals and drive continuous improvement, emphasizing data-driven integration and data consistency within the program's environment.
