In Plexus Tech we need a Service Delivery Manager who will be the person in charge of ensuring the fulfilment of the commitments acquired in the different projects to be implemented, as well as in the operation and provision of clients. He/she will also coordinate the different internal and external actors involved in the different phases of the projects in the life of the service.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in Service Delivery Management in a multicultural and complex environment.
* Proven success in continuous service improvement.
* Experience in ServiceNow.
* Practical experience with ITIL processes: incident management, change and release management, problem management, and at least some understanding and/or exposure to event management and configuration management.
* Ability to understand and analyse an issue or problem in order to develop and implement a corrective action plan.
* Able to communicate effectively with the business, team members, and senior management.
* Languages: English (excellent level, official language of the project). French is a plus.
* Ability to understand IT concepts and translate them into business language.
