Description
In this role at HP, you will focus on two core responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that the site is constantly serving the right content to the right customer at the right time to the highest standards, always with sales at the forefront of your objectives.
2. Accelerating online performance, coordinating projects & campaigns, improving conversion rates, and scaling visits and conversions.
With your experience in an online content or ecommerce environment, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing quarterly promotional and content roadmaps for the HP Online Store in collaboration with business segment leads.
2. Running regular checks on the content of the store to ensure that the site is performing to the highest standards for achieving optimal results (Homepages, Gateways, Microsites, Offer Detail Pages, Product Details Pages & key promotional touchpoints).
3. Bridging the gap between business owners and implementation according to all agreed SLA's and existing processes, transforming briefs for local and central promotions into full-fledged campaigns, with a 360° view of the campaign from start to finish.
4. Acting as the front-end gatekeeper, ensuring the right content appears at the right time in line with HP brand guidelines.
5. Briefing and/or implementing briefs to or from other contributors and team members.
6. Contributing to existing workflows and making suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
7. Creation of weekly newsletters and getting involved with the optimization of every touchpoint with our end-users.
8. Merchandising the in-store search engine using custom promotions, synonyms, and auto-completion.
9. Making key decisions based on analyzed data, being accountable for making or advising prompt data-driven decisions to improve the online experience and sales figures.
10. Testing new functionalities introduced to the Store or our systems and providing feedback based on your experience.
11. Localizing and/or translating content from English to Swedish.
The Person
Passion about the web, technology, and emerging online trends are a must. As such, we are looking for applicants who can show the following characteristics:
