As a Biochemical Control Technician - QC, you will be responsible for the implementation, validation, and maintenance of the SampleManager system within the QC department. You will create, update, and maintain all associated documentation in accordance with regulations. You will provide training and support to local QC end users and deal with deviation and change management related to the maintenance of the system.

Fields of responsibility:
1. Reporting to the Biochemical Laboratory Manager on progress and critical issues.
2. Management and maintenance of laboratory application IT systems in the QC department.
3. Initiation and management of change controls, CAPAs, and deviations where applicable.
4. Writing SOPs, protocols, experimental plans, and reports.
5. Ensuring GMP/GLP compliance.
Your qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Chemistry/Biochemistry.
2. Previous experience with IT systems such as Labware or Sample Manager.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
4. 1 - 3+ years of experience in a QC department.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
