Job Description
1. Develops tailored business plans for assigned local accounts to drive success in the region, focusing on strong customer engagement, business growth, and optimal physical availability.
2. Achieves category leadership by partnering with key retailers to promote category growth and increase sales turnover.
3. Enhances product range, distribution, in-store engagement points, value, and promotional metrics to continually add customer value and ensure high standards of execution.
4. Manages the regional area with a focus on house accounts, building distributor sales team capabilities and engagement.
The Successful Applicant
1. 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally with FMCG multinational companies, managing modern trade accounts in South Luzon.
2. Strong expertise in local key account operations.
3. Demonstrates potential for advancement to higher-level roles.
4. Must hold a valid driver's license.
5. Open to travel.
