What you ll do:
* Operational and business management of the Brokerage department in Spain reporting to Iberia Freight Manager.
* Leading a team of 8-10 people.
* Developing our brokerage business in Spain.
* Supporting our sales force (including customer visits).
* Continuous follow-up on customs regulation and processes.
* Optimizing existing and new internal processes.
* Compliance with local regulation (Custom Broker License is recommended).
* Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders including local and foreign customers, Customs Authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.
