Business Analyst - Hybrid working in Malaga
YanTech Associates have partnered with a leading technical consultancy in Spain who are looking to hire a Contract Business Analyst for a minimum of 12 months with a likely extension. Your first project is for a world leading Financial Services company who are implementing new Software and IT products to their portfolio.
Main Responsibilities and Daily Tasks :
1. Business Process Analysis :
Document and map current business processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Recommend changes and automation to optimize workflows.
2. Requirements Management :
Collect, analyze, and prioritize user and stakeholder requirements.
Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Stakeholder Coordination :
Work closely with IT, operations, risk, and other teams.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key users.
4. Testing and Validation :
Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing with end-users.
Ensure final deliverables align with business objectives.
5. Change Management :
Assess the impact of changes on processes, systems, and users.
Create implementation and training plans.
Monitor the adoption and usage of new solutions.
