Responsibilities
* Resolving problems between employees and clients' complaints
* Identifying key issues and highlighting them to Head office or Upper Management
* Maintaining confidentiality of company’s information
* Providing administrative support to company projects
* Locating, scanning, and compiling reports and official information
* Establishing and maintaining an organized paper and electronic filing system
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Responsible for customer billing and related administrative tasks in support of accurate and timely collection of accounts receivable
Qualifications
* Graduate of Accountancy or any Financial Management Courses
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Multi-tasking oriented
* Result-oriented
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field; experience in implementing Administrative and Inventory
* Willing to be assigned in San Fernando La Union
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
* 8-hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
