Your day to day:
You will be part of the Commercial Planning team, reporting directly to the department supervisor. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Market Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the commercial channel's infrastructure, competitors, business partners, and market trends. Identify and act on current and emerging business opportunities.
2. Promotional Coordination: Manage the availability and visibility of merchandising materials according to promotional plans. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of commercial activation programs.
3. CRM Development: Oversee the development of CRM tools to support business objectives.
4. Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal clients and regional retail teams, fostering collaboration and transparency.
5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the retail strategic plan, enhancing consumer experiences and brand positioning in the Andorra market.
6. Retail Implementation: Develop and implement structures, furniture, and visibility materials for retail channels, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
7. Maintenance: Ensure the optimal functioning and appearance of retail spaces through efficient maintenance and renewal plans.
8. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring flexibility and collaboration.
9. Compliance: Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities comply with PMI policies, local laws, and the International Marketing Code.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
1. You have a university degree.
2. You are fluent in English (C1 Level) and Spanish.
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods companies.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Specific knowledge of trade, consumption, competition, and promotional planning.
6. Commercial focus with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
8. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. PowerBI is a plus.
9. Additional Experience: Budget management and execution of promotional plans.
