Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities will be focused on the following tasks:
1. Strategy analysis and coordination: Design and draw the Customer Marketing strategy working closely with the Marketing Manager to be implemented afterwards. Set up the main objectives with the Marketing Manager, following up results periodically. Define a Customer Marketing Plan according to convenient deadlines by specific actions. Work closely in coordination with the following departments:
* Sales - x-selling support follow-up
* CX - draw actions with customers such as onboarding journeys, events, webinars, information cases
* Marketing - New Business Marketing in collaboration with clients and prospects
* Digital Marketing for communication and social media
1. Report data periodically on KPIs metrics in order to update information and analyze deviations. Communicate and interact with external stakeholders for different purposes. Periodically report to the Marketing Manager.
Execution/Implementation: Create and deliver e-mail marketing related to customers about information, cross-selling, invitations, surveys, etc. Define and update target lists per solution and industry vertical, working closely with Market Research and Data Analysis. Take care of customer satisfaction by visiting them, reporting on status, and detecting any anomalies. Assume project leadership for the creation of Customer Press Releases and Cases testimonies for both formats: written and audiovisual. Create, plan, and organize customer-focused events (including Impact Awards) under our Clients' corporate image and concept.

Education: Marketing, Communication, Advertising or similar.
Experience: +5 years of experience in marketing roles. Background managing marketing projects. Demonstrable experience in planning, implementing, and executing Marketing plans. Demonstrable experience in creating and organizing events.
Hard Skills: CRM (Salesforce or similar), Marketing Automation (Marketo or similar), Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop or similar), Ms Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Webinar platforms (Goldcast or similar), Website edition (CMS - Drupal or similar), SEO/SEM (familiar with GA, Semrush, etc.), Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Vidyard), Copywriting (good skills demonstrable).
Soft Skills: Passion for Customer Marketing and customer satisfaction, communication, cross-selling. Ability to plan and coordinate activities effectively as well as execute them. Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Great focus on details and ability to see the global picture. Results-oriented person working towards the success of Customer Marketing. Methodical, practical with great capacity for follow-up and control of daily tasks as progress in the relationship with each customer. Strong teamwork skills demonstrating the ability to collaborate with different colleagues and departments. Ability to build strong and engaged relationships with customers and the team. High levels of drive and energy, being creative, proactive, and dynamic. Advanced in Spanish and English is a must; French is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally.
