Become part of our commercial core business and develop yourself in a multinational context! As a Product Planner you’re supporting your Product Manger in assuring the best quality regarding our product supply of the assigned products with a correct supply planning in a timely manner as well as regarding quality and volume aspects.
Your daily challenge will be being the connection between different departments such as Packaging, Quality, Logistics, etc. and our supplier. As central axis regarding our operations you’re the one coordinating the planning regarding purchases, production and the distribution between different warehouses.

What will you do? Your role highlights
* Fruits and vegetables is a fast-pace business, an agile communication and coordination is important to ensure properly our daily operations for your product:
o You will be responsible for the correct purchase order management, which includes overseeing product loads, outgoing products and logistics transactions
o You will be in continuous contact with the sales and logistics team regarding the purchase activity and possible changes as well as incidents which might need to be solved. A clear and timely correct communication keeps our value chain running!
* Stock management and demand planning is the basis to meet our sales objectives:
o Your analytical skills are asked to do a correct matching of our product and demand planning – therefore you need to follow-up the daily stock development
o You will analyze the sales forecast on a weekly and even daily basis to assure it can be fulfilled and react quickly in case of any kind of deviation

Requirements
* Education/Studies: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Economics or similar
* You are fluent in in Spanish and English. Other languages are valued
* 2-3 years of working experience in a purchasing position managing the purchases and product activity on operative and commercial level
* Experience working in an international context is a plus
* Knowledge of agricultural and quality aspects besides knowledge about transport, suppliers and point of sales is a plus
* Be familiar with the value chain from origin to the client
* Product knowledge (fruits&vegetables)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Highly motivated and proactive person
* Fast learner with huge sense of responsability
