A Field Sales Manager will define and implement sales strategies for General Mills brands in Spain and Portugal, ensuring distribution, share of shelf, and promotional execution.

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop Field Business plans.
• Manage the Field Sales Team and communicate with other departments.

• Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets, including distribution, share of shelf, and promotional execution.

• Develop strong relationships with the point of sale and internal teams.
• Analyze data and work with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and creative thinking.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Economics.
*
• MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
*
• 2-3 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in FMCG.

• Fluent English (C1) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
