Do you have experience in real estate and want new challenges?
We are looking for a new team member to join our company in Torrevieja.
Position: Administrative
Responsibilities include:
1. Dialogue with accounting, archiving and invoicing
2. Answering phones
3. Helping our sellers to book viewings
4. Answering emails
5. Contact with lawyers
6. Updating database
7. Dialogue with agents and builders
Requirements:
1. You must be fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
2. Have a driving licence
3. Experience in real estate and office work is an asset
4. Knowledge of working with computers and the Internet
The person we are looking for copes with a high work tempo at times, it is important to be able to take on challenges head on, be communicative, organised and responsible.
