Develop the commercial and marketing strategy for the sale of Spare Parts (PR).
Develop the pricing policy and margin targets to be achieved.
Manage the Technical and Administration team.
Advise customers on their needs in SP, accessories, and products.
Manage the network on the sale of SP.
Negotiate and develop SP sales with our Key Account and rental companies (Tender, OPEX, TCO, etc.).
Technically know spare parts (reading plans, consumables, wear parts, fluids).
Analyze SP sales performance with the help of controlling.
Define, promote, and lead sales campaigns (emailing, social media, etc.).
Participate in various trade fairs and customer days.
Be the SP referent with our factory in Germany.
Centralize, analyze, and transmit improvement needs with the factory.
Ensure the monitoring and development of our E-commerce platform together with the marketing responsible.
Participate in the proper management of stock (rotating inventories, entry, etc.) and in the management of disputes.
Collaborate with other departments: sales, after-sales service, Finance.
Ensure technical monitoring / competition of products.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Be the referent of customer relations in its Service perimeter (customer satisfaction, dispute resolution).
Minimum Requirements:
1. Business developer.
2. Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, engine, transmissions.
3. Excellent listening skills, sense of customer relations.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Great autonomy, curiosity, rigor in the organization and management of priorities.
6. Significant experience in the sectors of construction machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, lifting, handling is a real asset for this position.
7. Serious, with very good customer relations and a sense of autonomy.
8. Master basic office tools (Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus).
