Right now, they're searching for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join their team! Ideally based in Marbella, Spain, but open to remote work within Spain.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSABILITIES?
As the Account Manager, you'll be a key player within the organization, balancing back-office support with lead generation to deliver the high-quality service that clients expect from a Global leader. Working closely with the Team Lead, you’ll engage in operational client support, collaborate with suppliers, and actively pursue new business to drive growth and success.
Back-Office Support & Team Collaboration (50%)
1. Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Team Lead, assisting with the coordination and management of both client and supplier relationships.
2. Oversee seamless project execution, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
3. Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to streamline team operations and enhance efficiency, helping us exceed client expectations in every project.
New Business Development & Lead Generation (50%)
1. Drive new business by generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads, working proactively to achieve and surpass assigned budget targets.
2. Leverage strategic lead generation techniques to identify potential clients, understanding their needs to position the company’s services as the optimal solution.
3. Maintain full accountability for meeting budget targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align new business efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
