International Chinese Textile supplier is seeking a qualified fashion Designer with profound knowledge in textile fabrics and materials as a freelance sales manager who can develop and keep this sales engine running with their own sales skills. The ideal sales manager has experience with a 4-step sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner with mandatory textile material experience and relationships in the fashion industry who is kind and sees any rejections as opportunities — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. We welcome and prefer applications in English.
Tasks
Objectives of Sales Manager
* Represent the company and our textile fabrics effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
* Identify new innovations and opportunities in the textile and garments industry.
* Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, optimizing sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
* Create a pipeline for generating effective leads and establish and nurture key client relationships.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach in the Spanish and Portuguese Market.
* Meet with Key Accounts and potential clients and develop long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Requirements
Required skills and qualifications of the Sales Manager
* Three or more years of experience in managing sales in the fashion sector.
* Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Preferred location and main site of operation is A Coruña and Barcelona.
