The Opportunity

1. You will be a P&O Business Partner for Mobility Spain, working directly with the country leadership teams in accelerating profitable growth for one of our most fascinating Siemens businesses.
2. Additionally, you will collaborate in impactful P&O initiatives for the Southwest Europe region, with a strong focus on people development, people mobility and engagement.
In this role you will be an individual contributor reporting to the Head of People & Organization for Southwest Europe and Spain.
Your Objectives:
1. You act as a trusted partner in all HR matters for the business lead in the country, contribute to local business discussions and decision-making, provide ideas and challenge to management teams, catalyst for change.
2. Assisting Line Managers to address specific people topics by advising on options, assessing risks and acting as P&O manager helping business managers decide on best course of action.
3. Implementing and delivering people initiatives across Spain and eventually Southwest Europe, aligned with the global People strategy.
4. Management and leadership development. Coaching managers to improve their people development and employee related skills.
5. Create a compelling employee experience.
6. Enable Employee engagement & Experience, and drive Talent Management to enable business in developing a diverse, robust talent pipeline and manage succession plan in tune with Strategy.
7. Be a change leader; lead transformation efforts, directing adaptation of organizations to new or changing structures, thinking/behavioral initiatives, or business processes.
8. Engage with regional and global teams to exchange ideas, best practices as well as co-create to bring various P&O initiatives to life.
9. Using insights gained from direct feedback, surveys, focus groups & data, to identify trends, gaps & opportunities for greatest impact and drive to action.
10. Identify opportunities to drive initiatives & foster a community to strengthen local & regional collaborative working & ownership.
11. Apply knowledge of learning and organizational effectiveness towards aligning business and people strategies to drive better business outcomes.
12. Keep an overall pulse of the country units. Manage regular on-going P&O tasks like people transfers, delegations, organizational structure changes etc.
13. Ensure operational effectiveness of P&O matters including P&O Operations (GBS H2R).

Who are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree or combination of other education and equivalent experience will be considered.
2. Minimum ~5 years of experience in P&O.
3. Bring diverse perspectives with preferably international experience or strong exposure across Spain or other southwest European countries.
4. Strategic judgment, business competences, customer orientation and professional ethics.
5. English and Spanish proficiency.
