Job Responsibilities:
1. Elaborate project planning, especially during the construction phase.
2. Validating contractors' partial planning. Presenting diverse planning options in comparison with the global needs of the project, identifying possible critical paths and planning improvement options.
3. Weekly monitoring of the progress made by the activities that constitute the project planning. Presenting weekly proposals of recovery in case of eventual diversions.
4. Presenting a monthly analysis of performance during the construction phases. Continuous revision of spent hours and studying possible performance diversions and their causes. Analyze and present proposals to solve the possible causes of low performance, due to causes external to the contractor, that may lead to delays and financial compensation claims.
5. Elaborating reports of inconsistency within the various phases of the project, in order to detect possible imbalances regarding planning, budgets, etc.
6. Managing and coordinating planning communications with the rest of the construction supervision team in order to keep all efforts and priorities aligned with the initial planning of the project.
7. Providing all the necessary documentation to elaborate regular project reports.
8. Elaborating final reports and lessons learned after project completion.
9. Identifying risks and proposing preventive measures to meet the current regulations. Managing all the existing profiles in the electronic PdT's.
Languages:
Spanish fluently
Career Experience:
Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
Computer Skills and Software:
Handling of Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
An immediate hiring is a requirement, so you should be a citizen of the European Union or have a valid Work Permit to work in Spain. It would be an option for candidates who match the requirements of the job position, with enough experience on the duties exposed, and a real level certification in engineering, to enable the procedure to obtain the residence permission in Spain and legal assistance to live and work in this country.
