The position
We are seeking an Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the administrative and accounting management of the organization. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting the recording, control, and analysis of financial information, as well as tasks related to accounts receivable. This position is aimed at candidates with training in accounting and administrative fields who are eager to grow within a professional, dynamic, and organized environment.
Main responsibilities
1. Record and classify accounting transactions in the management system.
2. Assist in preparing basic financial reports.
3. Oversee and manage accounts receivable, including tracking payment claims.
4. Review and organize administrative and accounting documentation.
5. Provide support with filing and record updates.
6. Assist in annual audit reviews.
7. Collaborate in the preparation of tax filings under supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Technical or professional training in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Proficiency in office tools and accounting systems. Experience with SAP is ideal.
4. Basic knowledge of local fiscal and accounting regulations.
5. Minimum English level of B2 (certifiable or demonstrable).
6. Hybrid model: 2 days remote work and 3 days in the office.
7. Must reside in Vitoria-Gasteiz or surrounding areas.
