You’ll also play a key role in managing service providers, planning infrastructure projects, and supporting end-users across multiple services and systems.

How your day will look like 💡
As a System Engineer, you will:
* Take responsibility for the operation and lifecycle of Workplace Services including notebooks, iOS/macOS devices, WinXY clients, VDI, Autopilot, Intune, and MDM platforms.
* Manage application packaging, configuration, testing, and deployment within the global software distribution system.
* Handle complex technical issues and incidents (2nd and 3rd level support).
* Maintain and operate server and storage platforms, ensuring reliability and performance.
* Develop and evaluate IT concepts relevant to your area of responsibility.
* Coordinate and manage operational activities and smaller-scale infrastructure projects.
* Administer and support printing infrastructure and printer management systems.
Your profile 🧑💻
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Hands-on experience in workplace and server infrastructure operations, ideally in a cross-platform environment.
* Strong technical know-how in lifecycle management, patch management, and enterprise client environments.
* You have advanced training or certifications in infrastructure and architecture—ideally from providers such as Microsoft or VMware.
* A proactive and structured working style with a strong customer service mindset.
* You have a degree as a Systems Engineer or equivalent technical qualification.
* Excellent collaboration skills and fluency in English, enabling clear and effective communication with colleagues and clients.
* EU citizen or possessing a valid Spanish work visa.
