We are currently looking for an experienced Software Implementation Specialist to onboard our customers, helping them:
* Execute exemplary implementation projects with a deep understanding of our solution.
* Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout the implementation phase.
Role Overview
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will guide customers through the initial stages of Orquest setup and implementation, focusing on driving time-to-value and meeting delivery timeframes. Your primary responsibility will be integrating and configuring the customer's data into the Orquest solution. During and after post-implementation, you will work closely with our Project Manager and Customer Success team to assist customers with technical queries..
Responsibilities
* Act as the Orquest expert and key point of contact for stakeholders during implementation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Assist the Project Manager in developing implementation plans that outline outcomes, dependencies, timelines, and milestones.
* Train and support customers in effectively integrating their data into the Orquest solution.
* Lead multiple onboarding calls to ensure successful implementation.
* Oversee configuration, setup, and data loading, providing support during onboarding and rollout phases via various channels.
* Ensure that the customer's environment is configured to meet their requirements efficiently and on time.
* Analyze, identify, and document customer-specific needs to tailor the solution accordingly.
* Define and execute a test plan, ensuring the solution functions properly and meets customer expectations in terms of quality and performance.
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to meet project objectives, deadlines, and milestones.
* Continuously improve and optimize the Orquest setup process.
Skills and requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in SaaS, particularly in an implementation or post-sale Customer Success role.
* Strong organizational and performance management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a talent for developing creative solutions to complex challenges.
* Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
* Experience in software development is a plus.
