Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads effectively.
* Goal Achievement: Work towards personal and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong achievement-oriented mindset.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to enhance sales efforts.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in German and B2 proficiency in English.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
* Solid background in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Good computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
