🔍 HR Consultant – Strategic Workforce Planning (Remote / Flexible)
Location: Remote / Flexible (some travel may be required)
We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Consultant to partner closely with the Global Head of HR and play a key role in designing and launching a structured, scalable SWP process across a global organization (~1300 employees in 7 countries).
This high-impact, cross-functional role is all about enabling the business to anticipate future talent needs, align workforce planning with strategic goals, and foster close collaboration between HR, Finance, and business leadership.
Bonus? This organization is also preparing to implement the Strategic Workforce Planning module in Workday (target: early 2026), so you'll help lay the groundwork for a smooth rollout. You'll also provide occasional support to Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and benefits projects.
🧠 What you’ll do:
Strategic Workforce Planning (Main focus):
* Design and implement a scalable SWP process for a global mid-sized organization.
* Create practical toolkits and frameworks for HRBPs and managers to forecast workforce needs and capabilities.
* Lead structured planning sessions with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
* Integrate SWP into business and budgeting cycles with clear governance and decision-making routines.
* Ensure readiness for Workday SWP module deployment: data models, process alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
* Build internal capabilities to sustain the SWP process post-engagement.
Total Rewards Support (Secondary focus):
* Provide operational and project-based support to the Total Rewards function.
* Assist with compensation processes, benchmarking, documentation, and ongoing program execution in collaboration with the internal team.
🧩 You might be a fit if you have:
* Deep experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, ideally across regions or business units.
* Proven ability to connect business strategy and financial planning with workforce modeling.
* Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday (but not required).
* Some exposure to Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
* A solid understanding (or at least awareness) of upcoming regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
✅ Requirements:
* 8–12+ years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or related consulting roles.
* Experience working in international mid-sized organizations (1,000–3,000 employees preferred).
* Strong project management and facilitation skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer?
* Professional growth within a company that is constantly expanding.
* Continuous learning opportunities to help you develop and strengthen your skills.
* A permanent contract from day one — we believe in long-term commitment.
* Competitive benefits and a flexible compensation package tailored to your needs.
* An inclusive work environment that values equality and diversity.
