Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Central of Spain joining our team. We are seeking candidates with experience in protective coatings or passive fire protection in positions in medium size companies to support all the related processes. The ideal candidate will be located in Madrid or Andalucía region.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is reporting to the General Manager of Spain and Portugal in Barcelona.
Part of the tasks will be:
Develop and conduct customer management by executing jointly agreed sales plans for each market based on the needs and opportunities detected.
Build trust based profitable customer relationships focusing on the needs and goals of Carboline.
Develop and adapt sales strategy to the business needs for the long-term goals.
Monitor and report on sector trends and competitor activities.
Be responsible for the distributors and customers of each market, train and inform customers of the Carboline product range.
Periodically analyze sales data to detect deviations in both sales and margin.
Negotiate with distributors and customers in each market the conditions of sale, delivery and price.
Requirements :
University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Chemistry degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in Sales positions and 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
Minimum intermediate level of English
Excellent negotiation skills with persistent way of working
Strategy and customer focused mindset
Willingness to travel
Driver's license - B category
