Role Description:
Looking to jumpstart your career in business development with one of the world's most innovative companies? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Anteriad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to represent Google and its groundbreaking IT solutions to IT managers across the United States.
Here's what you'll do:
--> Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
--> Spark interest: Present Google's innovative IT solutions and show how they can help in optimizing processes and increase productivity.
--> Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and Google's sales experts to move the conversation forward.
With our signature Warm Handover™, you'll collaborate closely with Google's top sales professionals, gaining exclusive industry insights and building a network of IT decision-makers around the globe.
Uncapped Commission System:
Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. Period.
Qualifications:
- C2 English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
- Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement
- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
- Able to work legally in Spain (full time)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: from 2 pm to 8 pm
