As a Global Retail Media Performance Manager, experienced and data-driven, you will oversee our retail media advertising strategy on Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible together with markets for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns, driving traffic, sales, and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver growth, ensure campaign efficiency, and maximize ROI across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem.

More about the role:
Campaign Strategy and Execution
1. Develop and implement advertising strategies for Amazon, focusing on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
2. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
3. Optimize campaign structure, bid strategies, and budgets to achieve key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
1. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
2. Utilize Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon DSP to optimize ad placements, bids, and targeting.
3. Implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Collaboration and Integration
1. Work closely with broader paid media team and markets to lock one Consumer Paid Media Activation strategy and calendar.
2. Partner with content teams to ensure high-quality product listings, enhanced brand content (EBC), and Storefront pages.
3. Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to avoid stockouts and ensure pricing competitiveness.
4. Work with analytics teams to build dashboards and streamline reporting.
5. Work closely with paid media agency to spend A&P budget in the most sufficient and efficient way.
Insights and Reporting
1. Leverage tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and third-party platforms to deliver actionable insights.
2. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting wins, challenges, and recommendations.
3. Stay informed of industry trends and Amazon platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Budget Management
1. Plan and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns.
2. Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
More about you:
1. 5 -7 years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
2. Strong expertise with Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon DSP.
3. Proficiency in tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Perpetua.
4. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization at global and local level.
5. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Certification in Amazon Advertising.
