We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant (with Loyalty Management)!
ROLE SUMMARY:
A Salesforce Consultant working with Salesforce Loyalty Management with a strong background in Salesforce implementations, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a good understanding of Loyalty programs and their management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Understand and communicate business requirements, goals and project success criteria
* Design solutions to business needs using Salesforce capabilities
* Sell ideas to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business
* Conduct meetings, prepare business process documentation and process flows
* Work closely with different internal teams and other parties
* Participate in complete pre-sales and implementation processes as a subject matter expert
* Guide development teams on functionality to meet the requirements
* Prepare client training plans and conduct trainings
* Participate to product development cycle
REQUIREMENTS:
o Strong knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Management: The candidate should have a thorough understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management and its various features and functionalities.
o Experience in Salesforce implementation: The candidate should have experience in implementing Salesforce solutions and should be familiar with Salesforce implementation methodologies.
o Good communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with clients, understand their requirements and provide them with the right solutions.
o Analytical skills: The candidate should have strong analytical skills to be able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
o Team player: The candidate should be a team player and should be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
o Certification: The ideal candidate should have Salesforce certification in Loyalty Management, or should have relevant experience working with Salesforce Loyalty Management.
o Understanding of loyalty programs: The candidate should have a good understanding of loyalty programs and the various strategies used in loyalty program management.
o Problem-solving skills: The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills to be able to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
