What You Will Be Doing:
1. Supervising the final cyber-service(s) provided to the entities by managing service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Ensuring these cyber services meet client needs, guaranteeing a high level of response time and proper problem resolution.
3. Coordinating and managing relationships with Europe and Global Entities CISOs.
4. Measuring and analyzing work performance, proposing improvements to processes including customer service interaction (complaints and requests), and developing problem management and service improvement plans.
5. Overseeing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with all Group Entities.
6. Effectively managing the team and deliverables.
7. Periodic reporting of relevant Cyber topics to executive committees.
8. Collaborating closely with other areas to ensure alignment to meet strategic goals.
Experience:
* At least 2-3 years in similar responsibilities.
* Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals.
* Management experience with strong interpersonal skills and a business-oriented vision.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (Technical Education).
Skills & Knowledge:
* Global vision of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management.
* High level/proficient in oral and written English (most conversations with customers and banks are in English).
* Other languages (Polish, Portuguese) are highly rated.
* Medium/Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, O365).
* Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to synthesize data and present it concisely according to the audience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
