About the Position
* Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine
* At least one additional year of experience in Demi Chef position or equivalent
* Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills
* Able to work in fast-paced and high-volume environment
* Culinary school qualification required
* HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge necessary
* Upper intermediate level in English Language mandatory
* Fluency in Spanish a plus

* Full-time, permanent position available
* Temporary accommodation provided for candidates relocating from abroad (up to €500 per month)
* Salary range: €2,400 - €2,800 gross per month (40 hours/week) + tips

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for food preparation and cooking in the hot section, including:
2. Preparing food before meal service begins
3. Setting up and stocking kitchen stations
4. Cooking food and plating cooked food
5. Supporting Head and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality food
6. Maintaining highest standards and consistent quality
7. Completing assigned prep work duties efficiently
8. Keeping workstations and equipment clean at all times
9. Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise
