Job Summary:
Amadix is an innovative and fast-growing startup with a young and dynamic team focused on transforming the [industry sector] through disruptive solutions. We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and support the CFO in fundraising activities, corporate operations, due diligence processes, and managing our data room, while assisting with the preparation of corporate documentation. This position will report directly to the company's CFO.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support to Fundraising & Private Financing: Assist the CFO in identifying, targeting, and securing private funding from international investors, venture capital, and private equity sources.
* Prepare Fundraising Documentation: Support the preparation of key investment materials, such as business plans, investor decks, financial models and presentations for fundraising rounds and help engage with potential investors.
* Assist in Closing Funding Rounds: Support in the preparation and negotiation of funding rounds, manage investor communications, deal structuring, and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and ready for review.
* Investor Negotiation Support: Provide assistance in negotiations with investors, ensuring that the financial terms are aligned with the company’s goals and priorities.
* Due Diligence Documentation: Assist in organizing and preparing due diligence documentation (financial, legal, tax, etc.) in close collaboration with the CFO, legal, and accounting teams.
* Manage the Data room: Help maintain and organize the data room, ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date, structured correctly, and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Corporate Documentation: Provide support in the preparation of financial reports, contracts, and other corporate documents required for due diligence, fundraising, and business operations.
* Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that corporate documents and processes are aligned and meet the necessary standards and timelines.
* Document Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure all financial and corporate documents are validated and meet the required standards before being shared with investors, auditors, or external parties.
* Financial Analysis Support: Assist in the preparation of financial models, reports, and assessments for corporate operations, fundraising, and strategic projects.
* Support Strategic Initiatives: Provide analytical support for key corporate projects and initiatives, ensuring the proper documentation and data are prepared for internal decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous Experience: prior experience (including internships) in financial analysis, corporate operations, fundraising, or due diligence processes is preferred.
* Fundraising Experience: Exposure to private fundraising efforts, preparing pitch decks, managing investor relations, and assisting in closing rounds (preferably in international or venture capital environments).
Skills and Knowledge:
* Familiarity with corporate operations, fundraising, and due diligence processes.
* Strong financial analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling, reporting, and assessments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level), and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with data room management tools is a plus.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
