Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Core experience: ServiceNow SPM & order management
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) design & implementation.
* Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst, depending on experience.
* Translate high-level processes into epics, features, and user stories in ServiceNow.
* Define and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring best practices in deployment.
* Lead process & design workshops with business stakeholders.
* Advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while meeting business needs.
* Conduct product & POC demos, gather feedback, and define improvements.
* Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features for future-proof designs.
* Work closely with technical teams to align configurations with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager in ServiceNow.
Strong expertise in OM and/or SPM (Product Catalog, Ordering, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Agile Development).
Experience with CSDM, Target Operating Models, and large service management transformations.
Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred).
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
