The basics
Juno House is hiring for an energetic and proactive front desk executive & EA to work directly with the Operations Manager. This role is member focused, and requires hospitality training. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, friendly and a fast learner with a natural smile and ability to make people feel comfortable.
* The face of Juno House, the heart of the front desk
* Covers a rotating schedule to ensure the desk is always covered, with excellent service
* Excellent guest reactions skills, managing complaints or uncomfortable situations
* Greet members when they arrive and provide an excellent experience alongside membership team
* W0rk hand in hand with other departments, like membership & events to hit sales targets both for membership growth and events.
* Manage space rentals and using the software tool to book members in when they arrive
* Project manage and oversee tasks from start to finish and on schedule
* Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars
* Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, orders
* Maintain a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
About you:
* Background in one of the following fields: hospitality, luxury goods/retail, tourism
* Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities.
* Have good communication and interpersonal skills, plus emotional intelligence
* Are native Catalan, Spanish and proficient in English.
* Are solution-oriented and reliable professionals.
* Are incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
* Digital native:Microsoft Office including excel, CRM skills a bonus
* You are flexible. Everything can change very quickly and you know how to adapt
