The analyst is responsible for monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance, and responding to incidents. Additionally, they will contribute to security awareness initiatives and collaborate with teams to strengthen the company’s cybersecurity posture.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and Analyze Security Alerts: Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using Microsoft 365 Security Center and other tools. Analyze and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform remediation.Security Policies and Procedures: Implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsCompliance-Driven Security: As a banking-regulated company we adhere to multiple compliance programs. Ensure technical security measures align with regulatory requirements as part of ongoing compliance programs.Security Awareness & Training: Develop and deliver internal initiatives to enhance employees' cybersecurity awareness, including short workshops and best practice guidelines.Security Incident Response: Lead the investigation and response to security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
