Job Overview
Designs and implements a comprehensive plan for a set of offerings as part of our overall strategy to accelerate Consumer Health Global Market Insights portfolio expansion and realize market potential.
Essential Functions
1. Drives the development of complete offerings within Consumer Health Global Market Insights portfolio (multi-country offerings).
2. Ensures offerings content and feature levels are competitive and sufficient to generate targeted revenue growth and market penetration. Works closely with CH Global Marketing for creation of Go-to-Market collateral for CH Global Insights offerings.
3. Makes offering lifecycle decisions necessary to deliver on business results.
4. Incorporates IQVIA Consumer Health strategic directions into offering management decisions across the portfolio. Recognized as a spokesperson for the CH Global Insights offerings both internally and externally.
5. Secures organizational agreement on the complete Go-to-Market plan and budget required for implementation.
6. Manages cross-functional teams to ensure the offerings meet customer needs, are economically and technically viable, and are deliverable.
7. Brings external thought leadership to bear in client environment. Recognized impact of developments in industry that may influence IQVIA information offerings. Forecasts trends, identifies potential impacts, and applies knowledge to offering development and information.
8. Determines and executes plans for recovery, contingency, and mitigation to adjust for market, corporate, and other impacts. Leverages, builds, and maintains IQVIA relationships that contribute to successful execution of plans. Proactively engages and manages, leads interdependent teams and demonstrates complete ownership of the business.
9. Determines Launch and Go-to-Market plan for new offerings launches. Works closely with Consumer Health Global Marketing team on internal and external communications.
10. Actively engages HQ Account Teams and participates in key HQ client engagements to ensure high market penetration of CH Global Insights offerings. Uses any feedback and insights to input into offering development process.
Qualifications – our ideal candidate will have
1. Bachelor's degree in business and / or marketing preferred.
2. Requires Consumer healthcare market experience (product / brand knowledge) gained at an agency operating in CH space, or at company-side.
3. Minimum 7 years’ experience with demonstrated success in marketing strategy, new offering introductions, and market expansion required.
4. Thorough understanding of the IQVIA offering in the customer environment strongly preferred.
5. Excellence in communications (spoken and written English) required.
6. Strong business judgment and strategic thinking.
7. Strong project management skills, problem-solving, analytical and planning skills required.
8. Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead with authority and actively participate in cross-functional teams.
9. Ability to influence and good networking skills.
