What can you expect from the role?
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key driver of new business opportunities for our HR Solutions team. Your efforts will lay the groundwork for building valuable relationships with potential clients and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
* Initiate meaningful conversations with HR executives through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule high-quality meetings.
* Conduct market research and prospecting using provided company lists and CRM tools.
* Identify and document key contacts and strategic information about potential clients, including their current providers and upcoming projects.
* Represent our engagement solutions with confidence and professionalism, conveying the value and impact of our offerings.
What are we looking for in you?
* At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles. A commercial background is a plus
* A creative communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to generate interest in high-level stakeholders.
* Bilingual Dutch and high level English
* High levels of motivation and resilience to overcome challenges and reach decision-makers.
* Proficiency with tools like email, voicemail, MS Office, and CRM platforms .
* Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
* A team player who thrives in a high-energy sales environment while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
