* Work closely with the Financial Control business leaders to identify business requirements and then translate into technical specifications.
* Review, analyze and create documentation of business systems and user needs including workflow and program functions.
* Translate functional specifications into development plans.
* Generate use case scenarios.
* Coordinate and perform the testing of configuration or programming changes.
