THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us develop and grow our network of dealerships. You would work within the sales department in our Madrid office. Your responsibilities would include:
* Conduct extensive market research to identify potential partners in the independent motor trader and franchise dealer groups.
* Utilise cold calling techniques and other prospecting methods to initiate contact with potential partners.
* Develop a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
* Work on sales opportunities and follow up on them.
* Attract new dealerships and work together with them during their first months with Carwow.
* Regular performance reviews of our partners.
* Build action plans to close the gap vs target.
* Collaborate in the development of commercial strategy projects.
* Collaborate in the creation of dashboards and reports.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience in sales development.
* Able to build a sales pipeline and work in an effective and independent way.
* A results-oriented person.
* Has a hunter mentality that thoroughly enjoys prospecting and developing new partnerships.
* Experienced influencer and negotiator, with business development experience.
* Excellent telephone communication skills and an overall flexible communicator.
* Native in Spanish and fluent in English.
* Full of energy, resilient, and self-confident.
* Positive mindset, with high autonomy and keen to assume responsibilities.
* Eye for detail and set a high-quality standard.
* Very well organized and manage to effectively prioritize tasks and do not lose sight of the goals.
