Job summary:
As a multinational company, with owned operations in 25 countries, local presence in 42 and strategic alliances in Europe and Asia, Telefonica is in the best position to become the preferred provider for multinational customers with relevant presence in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
With this ambition, It has been identified the need to capture new business internationally for the this segment of accounts working closely with the GAM in the development of the international business.
Functions/ challenges / tasks:
Business Management
1. Achieves assigned expectations quota in the assigned territory: New sales Revenue Customer Satisfaction Index
2. Develop and maintain forecast of Sales Opportunity, revenues variations, revenues growth and renegotiations.
3. Build and regularly update the Annual Business Plan with the key business indicators (Forecast, GAP analysis, action plan, key activities, ….)
Account Management
4. Build trust and loyalty with users, influencers, champions, and C-level executives to retain and expand business opportunities.
5. Understand customer´s Business objectives and key drivers.
6. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
7. Build strong relationships with customers at international level.
8. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings to meet company targets.
Opportunity Management
9. Prepare and present formal presentations and use excellent consultative solution selling skills to ensure long term relationship building and meet business goals. Focused in Digital Solutions and added value solutions but also keeping an eye about Core Services.
10. Lead and negotiate complex deals.
11. Submit proposals to Telefonica´s Internal committee before formal presentation to the customer to review P&L and opportunity strategy.
Team Management
12. Develop strong relationships with internal resources including but not restricted to Product Marketing, local teams, Legal, Product Development, and Service Management to achieve sales goals.
13. Develop and maintain monthly follow up calls with Local Account Managers to review business and plan actions to be performed.

Essential Skills Required:
20. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

25. International travel may be required
26. 5+ years of business development experience in the professional services area to the IT selling Digital Solutions
