As a Brand & Communication Specialist within the Corporate Marketing team at FI Group, your primary focus will be to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and identify opportunities for brand enhancement. You'll collaborate closely with management to align branding and communication strategies with corporate goals, improve market positioning, and drive business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Branding & Communication
* Ensure all global FI Group content and marketing materials align with corporate branding guidelines and contribute to business development.
* Create and edit sales-driven collateral, including:
* Brochures and product sheets tailored to business and sales needs.
* Corporate and sales presentations (PPTs) to support client meetings.
* Social media content designed to generate business engagement.
* Event materials aimed at boosting brand visibility in corporate environments.
* Newsletters and marketing emails that nurture leads and support sales efforts.
* Additional collateral that enhances client communication and corporate reputation.
Strategic Marketing
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that support business growth.
* Develop and coordinate an editorial plan that aligns with corporate objectives and sales strategies.
* Analyse, propose, and develop new marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and client engagement.
Public Relations & Events
* Support and coordinate internal & external corporate events to strengthen brand awareness and business relationships.
* Assist in PR initiatives that position FI Group as a leader in the market, supporting client acquisition and retention efforts.
Skills Required:
* Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to supporting business and sales teams.
* Proficient command of the English language with strong communication skills tailored to corporate and commercial contexts.
* Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.
* High attention to detail to maintain brand integrity and ensure quality across all sales and marketing material.
