As an Account Director, you will be the primary contact for the client and the ultimate leader for the account team, managing the strategic vision, campaign execution, and financial performance of the account. This role requires collaboration across strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure impactful results. You will also supervise workload and workflow management, oversee interdivisional projects, and drive efficiencies across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, guide and implement effective digital brand strategies that align with the brand’s overall goals across the EMEA region.
* Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining a continuous communication with all stakeholders by effectively connecting with the client and understanding their needs.
* Engage with cross-functional teams such as PR, Sales or Creative Services to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
* Establish & analyse KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the initiatives
Requirements
Experience:
* 6-8 years in account management, with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing and digital marketing.
* Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex campaigns.
Skills:
* Strong expertise in social media, digital strategy influencer marketing, and campaign execution.
* Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
* Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation.
* High adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Languages: English C2, French is a plus.
