Job Overview:
A key driver of our global expansion and communication effectiveness, this role involves in-depth market research and analysis. The incumbent will be instrumental in understanding the nuances of consumer behavior across different markets and identifying strategic growth opportunities. By translating data into actionable insights, they will directly impact our ability to develop tailored communication strategies that ensure campaign success in each country.
✨ Responsibilities:
* Lead the collection and analysis of customer data across all touchpoints, including digital interactions, surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback.
* Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends across different countries where DR SMILE and Impress operate.
* Translate customer insights into actionable strategies that inform marketing campaigns, product offerings, and brand positioning for DR SMILE and Impress.
* Analyze competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
* Collaborate with the Brand & Comms team to provide data-driven insights that guide communication strategies and campaign development, ensuring that campaigns resonate with target audiences.
* Support the brand transition process by providing insights into how customer perceptions differ between DR SMILE and Impress, and advising on how to best align messaging during the transition.
* Support the brand transition process by identifying key market insights that will influence the unification of DR SMILE and Impress under one brand
* Work closely with local teams (CMs) to gather relevant insights and adapt research findings to specific market needs.
* Develop and present research reports that highlight key findings and actionable recommendations for the Brand & Comms team.
* Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
* Collaborate closely with the Traffic Manager to ensure that research insights are effectively integrated into traffic management strategies, optimizing campaign performance and aligning traffic acquisition efforts with consumer behaviors and market trends.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or a related role. Experience working with international markets is highly desirable.
* Expert in qualitative and quantitative research
* Proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and translate data into strategic recommendations.
* Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
