Overview:
Fox ESS was established in 2019, and through its world leading team of engineers and technicians is leading the way in the fields of power technology research and development, energy storage equipment manufacturing, IT data services, and new energy project development.
The company focuses on providing advanced distributed energy, energy storage products and smart energy management solutions for households and industrial / commercial enterprises.
We are expanding our marketing team and looking for one dynamic individual to support our growing business across the Iberian region. Whether you are passionate about content creation and branding, or event execution and communication, we have a place for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all social media to both wholesaler, installer and end user.
2. Actively partake activity in online groups and find avenues to promote FoxESS.
3. Ensure maximum visibility through partner groups including APPA and UNEF.
4. Organise and deliver training events.
5. Make a 12 month plan of events, webinars, conferences, installer and wholesaler marketing, agree budgets with manager and roll out.
6. Actively find new ways to engage with end users.
7. Hold monthly meetings with partners to ensure marketing plans are in track.
8. Make monthly assessments of how the competition is working and evaluate fox position in the market.
9. Organise any marketing materials or goodies needed for events or installers.
10. Ensure all marketing is clear in appropriate language l and is of high quality.
11. Ensure sales are always up to date with presentations and media.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with strong skills in social media management and content creation (both B2B and B2C)
* Familiarity with the Spanish energy market is a plus; knowledge of industry associations such as APPA and UNEF is highly desirable
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
* Experience in planning and executing both online and offline events
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
* Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams
