We are looking for a Workspace Services Manager to define, manage, and oversee the digital workplace experience, ensuring an optimal and efficient user environment for employees. You will focus on strategic service management and vendor coordination, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technologies across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Workspace Management
* Define and maintain workplace configuration standards (hardware, software, and peripherals).
* Oversee lifecycle management of corporate devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets), including leasing management.
* Manage corporate mobile phone lines and ensure seamless meeting room technology functionality.
* Supervise device security, deployment, and maintenance, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and SLA compliance.
✔ User Lifecycle Management
* Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring smooth device provisioning, access management, and security compliance.
* Handle user modification requests, including access changes, device upgrades, and software installations.
✔ Projects & Improvements
* Lead or support workspace technology adaptation projects for both existing and new office locations.
* Identify and drive improvements in the digital workplace environment to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
* Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement new technologies and optimize integration.
✔ Support & Collaboration
* Act as the primary escalation point for complex workspace-related issues.
* Work closely with technical support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring contract compliance and performance optimization.

✔ Experience in digital workspace management in mid-to-large-sized companies.
✔ Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Intune (or similar MDM solutions).
✔ Experience managing corporate devices, mobile lines, and leasing services.
✔ Project management skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
✔ Strong customer-centric approach, ensuring the best user experience.
✔ Intermediate-high level of English.
🎯 Preferred:
➕ Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Intune.
➕ Experience in the FMCG sector.
➕ Knowledge of hybrid workspace management.
