Would you like to work in a leading company?Task and responsabilities:Support the controlling team in the following activities:Monthly Closing support of the Mercedes-Benz business: calculation of accruals, differed income, provisions, ensuring correct charging of expenses to cost centers and internal orders and P&L analysisElaboration of an accurate and timely reporting of closing data (such as Cost Center Reporting, support for G&A Reporting, elaboration of Marketing Reports and submission of Sales Reports)Support of Financial Planning and ForecastingService Level Agreement ManagementInternal Control System supportInteraction with Business Controller and Financial Management supporting and responding to operating group financial activities, inquiries and financial data requestIdentification and implementation of potential improvements of internal process flow in collaboration with the different divisions and our MBGSM Process ExpertsParticipation in transition projects regarding future working models between Mercedes Benz Cars organizations and MBGSM as well as ensuring a knowledge transfer by a structured documentation of standardized Controlling processes Special assignments such as continuous improvement or standardizations projectsCompetences:Methodic, ability to work independently and face challenges achieving tasks quicklyAbility to work under pressure in same periodsAbility to communicate and work in a teamProactive spiritAdaptability Qualifications & Required skills:Education and LanguagesFluent English and German mandatory, another European language is desiredUniversity degree in Business Administration, MBA is desired.Technical knowledge:Accounting Qualification with appropriate post-qualification experience (Spanish NPGC)Knowledge the entire controlling process and the interdependencies with other accounting and non-accounting areasKnowledge of SAP (FI and CO Modules)Computer literate in MS Office Knowledge (specially Excel and Power Point)Conditions of the internship:12-month internship with the possibility of semi-attendance, important: to live in Madrid35 hours per week (important to be available for morning and afternoon hours from 8:00 to 16:00 during the 12 months)Flexible starting timeAgreement and training provided by the company or agreement with current university30 working days of holidaysWE ARE WAITING TO SEE YOUR PROFILE!Thank you!
