MejorSet, a leading padel court manufacturer headquartered in Crevillente, Alicante, is seeking an HR Generalist technician with expertise in Health & Safety and Payroll management. As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a dedicated professional who will contribute to creating a safe, compliant, and attractive workplace for our employees.
About the Role:
The HR Generalist will oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle in close collaboration with local management. This role is primarily focused on Health & Safety compliance and payroll management, ensuring legal and organizational standards are upheld while fostering a positive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Health & Safety: Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implementing effective preventative measures.
* Payroll Management: Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries.
* Handle Management of wellbeing initiatives and flexible compensation and benefits programs
* Coordinate documentation and processes related to workplace safety and risk assessments.
* Support onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration for new team members.
* Maintain and manage employee documentation (contracts, records, etc.), ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Handle ad hoc recruitment needs, focusing on strategic roles aligned with business priorities.
* Assist in the annual training and development plan in collaboration with the local management team.
* Act as a liaison with the Workers’ Council and manage labor relations in collaboration with external advisors.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or equivalent experience in the field.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international or manufacturing company.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll processes.
* Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and experience implementing workplace safety measures.
* Excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software tools.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
