Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture that drives engagement, accountability, and excellence in service.Guest Experience & Quality: Expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences that drive repeat business and positive brand perception.Innovative & Trend-Driven: Ability to introduce innovative ideas and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.What do you bring to your tripBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Over 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in F&B operations, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth across multiple outlets.Proven track record of improving sales performance and profitability in F&B outlets.Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and concepts that resonate with target markets.Familiarity with F&B technology platforms, including POS systems, inventory management, and digital marketing tools to drive sales.Deep understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and cost control, with the ability to drive profitability through data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to create and execute guest-focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing sales.Experience in scaling and optimizing F&B operations across multiple locations while maintaining consistency in quality and service.Olala PerksBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.
