About the Company - A leading international company in the distribution of plastic raw materials is seeking to fill a permanent Customer Service position in Alicante. The headquarters is located in the city center, and the position is on-site. Working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30/09:00-18:00.
About the Role - Your role will involve supporting both our sales representatives and customers, while also acting as an intermediary with the logistics team. The position provides international service, so fluency in English and German (advanced level) are essential, and a third language will be highly valued: Portuguese,, Polish, Italian, or French. Advanced proficiency in computer systems is required, as we use our own internal software.
Required Skills: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or logistics, with the ability to manage stressful situations. Strong interpersonal skills, advanced proficiency in German and English and computer systems, and a friendly and professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in a third language
Pay range and compensation package - Annual salary: €22,000 to €24,000 + Bonus
