**Position Overview:**We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at 4S dealership BYD in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.- Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.- Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities.- Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.- Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand. **Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
